Fermain Bay - Guernsey

Fermain Bay - Guernsey

About Fermain Bay

Fermain Bay is situated on the south side of Guernsey. It's a small cove with a pebble beach. It's a lovely secluded spot, we spent the day taking a walk through the nearby bluebell woods before settling on the beach for a few hours to read and soak up the sun.

Overlooking the beach is a medievil defensive guardhouse tower, one of 15 such towers all over Guernsey.

There's also a good restaurant with benches outside and public toilets.

How to access the beach:

There is no parking directly at the beach, so your best bets are to get dropped off by a friend or use the local buses.

You can park on some of the nearby streets on either side of the bay and walk down.

If you want to have more of an adventure we recommend taking a stroll through the coastal woodlands that take you down to the beach, they are especially beautiful in spring when the bluebells are out.
